Hi, I am Reid Roberts, one of three owners of Memories Charcoal House. We are locally owned and operated. I have been a resident of Mt. Airy, Maryland for over 20 years. My two children have been raised through the local public school systems. I coached local baseball youth teams for 8 years.

Our mission is to provide a casual family atmosphere where individuals, groups, and families can gather for great food, entertainment, and enjoy their choice of 11 draft beers, over 25 bottled beers, and any cocktail of their choosing. We provide a great product at a reasonable price. Our restaurant offers three different atmospheres for your dining pleasure. Our Sports Bar features a Wall of Fame of photographs, many autographed, from the 50’s to current players. Our bar has actual sports cards, many autographed, under glass. Some of these cards date back to the 40’s.

The bar is highlighted with many different NEON lights of different beers. High Top tables allows our customers see everything that goes on. Our smoking dining room is where Karaoke is held on weekends and some week days. This room is decorated with Movie Stars and Recording artists of years gone by. Large Black & White Photos of Elvis, James Dean, Frank Sinatra, and Marilyn Monroe plus many others garnish one large wall. Attractive NEON lights of guitars and beer signs provide an unusual lighting effect in the evenings. Our Non-smoking dining room has TV’s, but provides a quieter but still casual atmosphere.
