In 1994, twenty nine years ago, Memories Charcoal House opened its doors. Our policy has been to provide the community and our regulars with great food, good times, and to be casually entertaining.
Previous owner Reid Roberts started Memories with a Cheers atmosphere in mind. To go where everyone knows you by name. We still maintain many repeat customers and have made our own Memories family within this community based on this idea. In 2009, two of Memories long-time employees, Andrea Stup and Jon Speiser, purchased Memories from their previous employer with the idea of preserving Memories tradition of customer loyalty and community atmosphere. In recent years community outreach has been the focus of our business model. We currently host a different charity events & offer Dine Out nights with 10% of our net sales donated back to the partnered organization. These events, coupled with the sponsoring of multiple charities, local youth sports organizations, local schools and individual teams, has established Memories as a Community Restaurant that benchmarks and maintains standards not only in our establishment but in the community as well. Fast approaching in 2024 we will be celebrating 30 years of being in business. We look forward to the many years ahead providing good food & excellent service to our community. -Andrea Stup Co-Owner & Operator Memories Charcoal House, Inc. |
